Why Most Conversion Optimization Misses the Mark
What's the real problem? (Hint: It's not just traffic.)

We keep seeing the same pattern: Great businesses with incredible stories struggling to connect with their ideal customers online.

Their outreach feels generic. Their messaging doesn't land. Technical issues like SEO problems compound the challenge. But here's the kicker - even when they do get visitors, most of them leave without buying.

The Real Problem: Everyone focuses on getting more traffic, but what's the point if 98% of your visitors bounce? You could double your ad spend and still lose money if your conversion process doesn't work.

Our Philosophy: True optimization isn't just about making things look pretty. It's about understanding customer psychology at every touchpoint - like a 5-star hotel where every detail is designed around how guests actually think and feel.

We balance what your business needs (revenue, growth, efficiency) with what your customers need (clarity, trust, ease). When those align perfectly, conversion rates soar.

Our Founder: Scott Moraes built and sold multiple businesses, learning the hard way that high-converting websites and thoughtful UX can make or break everything. Our passion is helping entrepreneurs succeed without wasting years and fortunes on trial and error.

The Result: Businesses that don't just get more traffic, but actually turn that traffic into customers, revenue, and sustainable growth.

Disclaimer: We’re not promising you'll double your conversions — but we do promise honest, experienced design with actionable ideas to improve your site and sales process. Use your own judgment, implement at your own pace, and know that all feedback is based on current best practices, not legal or financial advice.

See why these sites sucked
& how they got better👇
  • Sucks
    Full-screen video dominates the site
❌ “Schedule Visit” - not ready yet
❌ Menu pulls focus away from the CTA
❌ Fonts are inconsistent and hard to scan
❌ No clear audience or reason to trust

  • Sucks Less
    ✅ Emotional headline: “Feel Better...
✅ Shows happy family — perfect ICP
    ✅ Free consultation CTA = clear, risk-free
    ✅ Backup CTA for skeptics
    ✅Clean layout, trustworthy structure
The main issue Eden had
(and kind of breakdown you'll get)
It wasn’t just the visuals holding Eden back — the deeper problem was trust.
Visitors weren’t ready to “Schedule a Visit” because they didn’t know the price, how long it would take, or exactly how it would benefit them. Without that clarity, they bounced or wandered through the site looking for answers.

In our redesign mockup, we removed that uncertainty. We made the primary offer crystal clear: a free consultation. For those not ready to commit, we added a secondary CTA so they could still engage without leaving. We also streamlined the navigation, removing extra menu items that distracted from the main action.

The result? A flow with much higher conversion potential.

Within a week of launching, 45% of visitors booked directly on the site — generating over $100,000 in revenue from an average $3k package.
Stop Confusing your customers!
  • Sucks
❌ Insanely busy - Visual clutter
❌ Too much copy without focus
❌ Unclear CTA / makes user think
    ❌ No visual hierarchy
❌ Poor targeting — who is this for?

  • Still kinda Sucks,
    but Sucks Less
    ✅ Clear value-based headline
    ✅ Sharp visual hierarchy
✅ Obvious CTA with low friction
    ✅ Visuals match target customer
    ✅ Simplicity = faster decisions
Some timeless advice on not sucking
(Don't worry, we still screw up too)
  • Sell transformational benefits, not features
People don’t buy tools — they buy things that get them what they want... more money, less stress, freedom etc. Your job is to figure that out and then make something that helps them get it.
  • Don't make people think
Confusion and Indecision are our enemies. Too many options, unclear language.. all killers of conversion.
  • Use visual hierarchy
People heatmap websites.. we scan for information that might help us get what we want. Make your site have good sizing and color pops.
  • Avoid walls of text
It is so fricken hard to be concise when we want someone to quickly grasp complex concepts. But this is our job.
  • Know your customer + problem
A site for everyone can speak to no one. Who are you trying to sell to? Be empathetic and design for that person and what they hoping to achieve.
  • Entire site is about your CTA
Your Hero CTA (call to action) is the primary opportunity to achieve your goals. The rest of your site is just supporting sales content, aiming again to finally reach a point when they take the CTA.
"Everything should be made as simple as possible — but not simpler."
